The primary market is set to remain active in the coming week, with six IPOs scheduled between January 12 and 16. Of these, one mainboard issue and five SME IPOs will open for subscription. In addition, five companies are lined up for listing, with strong investor focus on Bharat Coking Coal Limited.
Amagi Media Labs IPO
Cloud-based ad-tech and media technology firm Amagi Media Labs will launch its ₹1,789 crore IPO on January 13, with the issue closing on January 16. The price range is determined at ₹343–₹361 per share and the stock is going to be listed on BSE and NSE both.
The initial public offering comprises a new issue of ₹816 crores and the sale of shares worth ₹972.6 crore by current shareholders through an offer for sale. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to strengthen technology capabilities, expand cloud infrastructure and support future growth. Amagi’s shares are currently trading at a 10% premium in the grey market, indicating positive investor sentiment.
SME IPOs Lined Up
In the SME segment, Narmadesh Brass Industries (₹515 per share) and Awana Electrosystems (₹56–₹59) will open for subscription on January 12.
On January 13, GRE Renew Enertech (₹100–₹105) and Indo SMC (₹141–₹149) will hit the market.
Another SME issue, Armor Security India (₹55–₹57), will open on January 14.
Bharat Coking Coal Draws Strong Demand
The initial public offering of Bharat Coking Coal Limited, a Coal India subsidiary, has become the foremost attraction. The offering started on Friday and was eight times over-subscribed on the very first day due to the considerable demand from institutional as well as retail investors. The subscription window closes on January 13, with listing scheduled for January 16.
Currently, the stock is commanding a 39% grey market premium, raising expectations of a strong listing debut.
Upcoming Listings
Meanwhile, Gabion Technologies, Victory Electric Vehicles and Yajur Fibers Limited are set to make their market debut in the SME segment next week.
With a packed IPO calendar and strong investor participation, the primary market is expected to remain in focus as 2026 begins on an active note.
