The New York Times’ Sports Section of Connections has a new daily puzzle that dares sports lovers to find four word groups with a common idea. In case you are a Wordle fan, this one offers a sports twist by testing your knowledge of players, teams, and sports vocabulary.
All the puzzles consist of 16 words and it is required to find four categories for them. At first glance it may seem that there are many words that have relations, but really just one combination is accurate. The participants can afford 4 mistakes before the game is finished, and every group is given a difficulty that is denoted by a color: yellow (the easiest), green, blue, and purple (the hardest).
