Rajiv Swagruha Open Plot Auction: Applications via Me-Seva Centres

Developed open plots by Rajiv Swagruha Corporation to be auctioned in Thorrur, Bahadurpally, and Kurmalguda.

The Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation has announced a public auction for 137 developed open plots across key locations in the Hyderabad metropolitan region. The auction will be conducted on February 7 and 8, offering plots in Thorrur and Kurmalguda (Rangareddy district) and Bahadurpally (Medchal–Malkajgiri district).

According to Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Managing Director V.P. Gautam, the plots come with basic infrastructure and clear titles, making them ideal for buyers looking to construct homes on their own land. The minimum prices for the auctions were determined to be under the existing market rates, with locations getting such prices of ₹20,000-30,000 per square yard depending upon the location.

The location of the plots is very good because they are well connected to the Outer Ring Road (ORR), Adibatla IT Corridor, and Shamshabad Airport, and they can be developed right after purchase. The officials said that the demand for these layouts in previous auctions was so high that it was the right time for another round of sales.
