Hyderabad Cloth Merchant Robbed at Gunpoint Outside SBI Branch

Panic erupted in Koti town on Saturday morning when armed men shot at Rinshad who operated a cloth business at age 26 and took ₹6 lakh in cash from him at the State Bank of India main branch. The Sultan Bazar police department has opened a case investigation which they are currently pursuing.

The incident occurred at 7 a.m. when Rinshad went to an ATM for his deposit. Sultan Bazar Inspector K. Narasimha reported that a group of men chased him and shot him before they stole his money and escaped. Rishad sustained a gunshot wound to his leg and hospital staff rushed him to the facility where doctors reported that his condition had reached a stable point.

The police established a security perimeter for the site while they searched through bank and store CCTV footage to identify the suspects. The initial investigation shows that the attackers had some connection to their victim.
