After ruling the box office this Diwali, the Dhruv Vikram starring sports drama Bison has finally an OTT release which is much awaited. The film will be streaming on Netflix from November 21, and will be available in both Tamil and Telugu.

The movie Bison, which was first released for the festival, became a tremendous hit in South India, received excellent reviews, and enjoyed an even stronger word-of-mouth promotion. Tamil Nadu is still the film’s main way of getting income and drawing in audiences even weeks after it was released.

The movie Bison was directed by Mari Selvaraj and he cast Dhruv Vikram in the main role, Anupama Parameswaran in the female lead role. Also making appearances are Rajisha Vijayan, Pasupathi, and other highly regarded supporting actors.

This inspiring tale takes place in rural India where a young boy from a poor background goes through the struggles of his life only to become a national hero and eventually win the Arjuna award. The movie has been lauded for its real-life storytelling, emotional engagement, and strong performances especially Dhruv’s powerful characterization of the leading character.

The budget of the movie was not high at all, yet Bison racked up ₹60 crore gross worldwide which is according to trade analysts – a huge success for the sports drama of this scale.

📺 Streaming Information

As per the rumors, Netflix has acquired the digital rights for Bison’s streaming. The movie will be available to stream starting from November 21 but an official confirmation from the streaming platform is awaited in the coming days. The audience can expect to see both Tamil and Telugu versions available on the platform soon.
