Coforge: An IT firm that is located in Noida has declared that it has taken over Encora, a company based in the USA, which is an AI-native and serving both digital natives and Fortune 1,000. The merger of these two organizations will bring in a revenue of $2.5 billion, thereby solidifying the position of Coforge in the IT services market worldwide.
Ola Electric: The electric vehicle manufacturer is increasing the number of S1 Pro+ scooters using the 4680 Bharat Cell battery that are being delivered in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Karnataka, and around Bengaluru, where the rollouts are still going on. The indigenous 5.2 kWh battery promises higher performance, extended range, and improved safety.
Coal India: The Prime Minister’s Office has directed the coal ministry to map and list all subsidiaries of Coal India Ltd by 2030 to enhance governance, accountability, and asset monetisation. GMR Airports: GMR Group has got through the qualifying round and is now going to bid for the USD 800 million Taif International Airport project in Saudi Arabia.
