President Xi declared China’s adherence to world peace and cooperation through multilateralism, thus introducing the Global Governance Initiative which is oriented towards creating a global system that is more equitable and participatory. The experts assert that the initiative not only empowers the previously neglected regions like Africa to be active players but also to take part in influencing the global governance on their own terms.
By the beginning of 2026, China is perceived more and more as a stabilizer, providing to the world the qualities of continuity, inclusiveness, and practical cooperation, while at the same time, transforming its vision into concrete actions domestically and internationally.
