The Sankranti release Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu is a great family film with lots of entertainment that brings back the classic mass-comedy Tollywood megastars vibes. Chiranjeevi sparkles in the role of Shankara Varaprasad, a Chief Security Advisor who is entangled in a family drama, romance, and rivalry at the same time. Venkatesh, as the mining kingpin Venky Gowda, gives a very good and at times even maniacal performance which is perfectly in sync with the megastar, while Nayanthara, taking the lead, holds up the story through her powerful aura among the characters.
