Theatrical running of Aadi Saikumar-starrer Shambala, a Telugu movie with both audience and critics raving about it, has now officially announced its OTT release date. Made by Ugandhar Muni, the movie was first released in theaters on December 25, 2025, in Telugu and then on January 9, 2026, in Hindi.

Shambala’s digital streaming rights have been acquired by Aha, a Telugu OPS platform, for a sum of ₹5 crores according to the rumors. The streaming of the movie will commence on January 22, 2026, which is the usual four-week interval between the cinema and OTT titles, Aha confirmed.

The digital release will have some differences, and Aha has also revealed an early access choice.The film will be earlier available on January 21, 2026, only for Aha Gold subscribers who will then have the first access to the thriller.

Shambala was released as an A-rated film, and the movie has an ensemble cast consisting of Archana Iyer, Swasika Vijay, Madhunandan, Ravi Varma, Meesala Laxman, Shiju Menon, and Harsha Vardhan in the lead roles. Mahidhar Reddy and Rajasekhar Annabhimoju are the producers, and Sricharan Pakala is the composer of the music.

After a modest but positive theatrical response, all eyes are now on the film’s digital performance as Shambala prepares to reach a wider audience through OTT.
