The family movie Mana Shankara VaraPrasad Garu which stars Megastar Chiranjeevi and director Anil Ravipudi opened on January 12 as a Sankranti special and generated over ₹300 crore at the box office. The film features a remarkable performance by child actress Khushi Soni who plays Chiranjeevi’s daughter Nikki while receiving praise from the audience.
Khushi shared her film experiences during a recent interview while discussing her emotional relationship with her actual life. She expressed great joy in playing Chiranjeevi’s daughter but she disclosed that she has no father in her actual life. Khushi explained her family roots from Rajasthan but she also mentioned their two-year residence in Hyderabad. Her mother teaches at the same school where she studies in Class 7 while she looks after her brother and her.
Khushi described her emotional response when she called Chiranjeevi her father during their scene filming because she started crying during those times. She said I wished I had a father like him because I have many happy times with the megastar. She explained that Chiranjeevi would frequently present her with cakes and chocolates during their meetings.
The young actor praised her relationship with Nayanthara whom she calls “akka” (elder sister) because the actress appears so youthful and showed her enormous kindness by purchasing Khushi’s clothing. Khushi offered gratitude to Mana Shankara VaraPrasad Garu for offering her multiple opportunities and hoped she might work alongside Chiranjeevi in future assignments.
