The recent social media viral image which shows Mrunal Thakur and Dulquer Salmaan together misled people to believe that the Sita Ramam actors would reprise their roles in Sita Ramam 2. Fans quickly believed that the duo had returned to the big screen together, but the rumor turned out to be false.

The actors have indeed reunited, but not for a film. The two artists are collaborating on the Bheegi Bheegi music video which A.R. Rahman composed and A.R. Ameen and Jasleen Royal performed as vocal artists. The Sanjna and Rohan-directed video released a teaser which created excitement among fans.

As much as we all prefer that this song be released before February 2, 2026, all that can be said is that two stars coming out of a future film team will unite on a music project soon.
