CCTV Shows Tycoon’s Son’s Bodyguards Rushing After Kanpur Lamborghini Crash

Footage obtained shows Shivam Mishra’s bodyguards hurriedly rushing in just minutes after a Lamborghini met an accident in Kanpur. Captured just moments before and a few moments after the crash took place late in the afternoon on Sunday, swanky cars are seen zooming into the crash site while security personnel hurled themselves towards the scene.

It’s been reported that the footage didn’t confirm who drove the car when the accident occurred because the car windows were shut with dark tint.

FIR registration, Lamborghini seized

On Monday, the case took strength as the FIR was filed against an unknown subject, and the Lamborghini involved in the accident was confiscated by the police. During the investigation, Shivam Mishra’s identification was reconciled as the one believed to have been driving.

The city’s top cop, Police Commissioner Raghubir Lal, informed that no driver was specified in the initial FIR since they didn’t really have a clue.

Lal addressed her near-fatal mistake by asserting, “Law is the same for Lamborghini and a normal vehicle”.

How the accident occurred

Reports suggest that the Lamborghini swerved in control near Rev-3 Mall-it first hit an e-rickshaw, then a motorcycle and a pedestrian, and finally, crashed into a pole out of confusion. Three people got injured, though they received initial health care before discharge.

It was collateral damage that pinched, hit, and tripped the myriad pedestrians in a decor holding a camera to catch Alamnan/Abud. Of course, the browser with his duo should mean there is something terribly wrong here. The actor in all directions uplifted to throw out the contending points of denial-

Finally, the car was taken to the Gwaltoli police station. There was some video accompanying the car; it was covered and parked off without examination.

Change in Police Version

According to sources, it seemed there could have been a medical emergency with the driving.

The complaint was lodged at the Park Street police station by an injured party (Taufiq) against an unknown car driver who must have hailed from Delhi.

However, the Police Commissioner disclosed the driver as Shivam Mishra. The police subsequently tried to question him but could not contact him.

When officers visited the residence of Shivam’s father, K. K. Mishra, they were not granted entry.

Defense Denies Charges

Mrityunjay Mishra, Shivam Mishra’s lawyer, dismissed the allegation and stated that the car was being handled by a hired driver acting as a driver and not by his client. A bail application has been submitted, to be heard in front of a judge on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Gwaltoli police station SHO, Santosh Kumar Gaur, has been “asked to be on the line” for alledgedly derelict performance while handling the incident.

The separate broadcast of videos showing police personnel clicking pictures and selfies with the apprehend Lamborghini at the police station sparked criticism as well as embarrassing moments for the department.
