TG TET 2026: Preliminary Answer Keys Released, Response Sheets Available

Candidates check TG TET 2026 preliminary answer keys and response sheets on the official website.

The Telangana Education Department has launched the initial answer keys for TG TET 2026 examination together with the candidates’ answer sheets. The Teacher Eligibility Test occurred from January 3 until January 20 2026 across all state examination sites.

Candidates can submit objections to the preliminary keys from January 30 until 5:00 PM on February 1 2026. The results will be published after all objections have been assessed which will take place in February 2026.


How to Download TG TET 2026 Response Sheets

The examinees can view their recorded responses by executing the following steps-

  • Visit the official website: tgtet.aptonline.in/tgtet
  • Click on the “Response Sheets” link on the homepage
  • Log in using hall ticket number and other required details
  • View and download the response sheet

Objections to the preliminary answer keys must also be submitted through the same official website.


TG TET 2026 Result Date

Officials announced that they will complete their examination of all received objections before they proceed to announce the final answer key. The Education Department has established a schedule which projects that TG TET 2026 results will be available between February 10 and February 16 of 2026.

Once declared, candidates can check their results by:

  • Visiting tgtet.aptonline.in/tgtet
  • Clicking on “TG TET January 2026 Results”
  • Entering hall ticket number, paper details, and date of birth
  • Clicking on Submit to view the score
  • Downloading or printing the result for reference

TG TET 2026 Exam Overview

  • Total applicants: 2,37,754
  • In-service teachers: 71,670
  • Exam centres: 97 across 18 districts
  • Exam timings:
    • Morning session: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
    • Afternoon session: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Nevertheless, the upward trend for appearing candidates continued apparent in TG TET 2026, where 99.56% of registered candidates had appeared at the test centers this year; in all, they registered a higher intake of application than that for the last years.
