Oppo Pad 5 India Launch Confirmed: Flipkart Listing Offers First Look

OPPO has reportedly made its latest tablet, Oppo Pad 5, ready for release in India, as mentioned in a Flipkart listing. Although the company has not given out a specific date for launch, the listing does well to highlight some of the main technical specifications and features that will be offered for the Indian market.

The 12.1-inch 2.8K LCD display comes with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and can go as high as 144Hz depending on the application. In addition to that, the tablet will come with a stylus (which is to be purchased separately) that will allow users to write and draw on the screen. The MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor will give life to the device with up to 16GB memory and 512GB internal storage making it handling multitasking quite easily. A colossal 10,050mAh battery will be the powerhouse for fast charging up to 67W so that the customer can enjoy the device longer without worrying about the charging time.

The gadget is equipped with ColorOS 16 which is based on Android 16, and an 8MP camera at both the front and the rear. The color choices that show up on Flipkart are Black and Pink, although the marketing names to be used have not yet been confirmed. The price is anticipated to be similar to the China launch, around Rs 32000 to Rs 44000, thus making it a competitor to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE and the Apple iPad.

With its large screen, great features, stylus support, and durable battery, the Oppo Pad 5 is believed to be a major player in the market for tablets of mid-premium category in India. The users are waiting for the release date and price details to be announced which will provide them a hint about the product’s performance in daily use.
