Sunaina Roshan, the sister of Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan, shared a touching video on social media to reveal her battle with addiction which she has fought for many years. She explained her battle with alcohol together with her serious junk food and sweets eating problem which developed after she discovered her eating issue.

Sunaina narrated:”…Initially, the hardest thing I ever had to do was to accept, for the first time, that “I” am actually the one with the problem, but then every single thing changed.”

Addiction Can Take Many Forms

Sunaina explained that addiction can manifest through normal daily activities because its symptoms make it difficult to identify. She stated that people experience addictionthrough various forms which include food and alcohol and their unconscious habits.

The woman admitted her struggle was difficult to overcome because she dealt with two major addictions. The woman struggled with alcoholismand developed an excessive craving for sweets and junk food. My obstacles required me to make considerable efforts before I could succeed.

The explanation of recovery requirements showed that people must have both proper thinking abilities and their surroundings to provide them with required backing. “With the right mindset, support, and the courage to talk about it, I was able to pull myself out,” Sunaina said. She showed that addiction should not determine a person’s identity because people must confront their addiction problem.

A Message of Strength

Sunaina encouraged people who faced her same problems to seek assistance while she learned to treat herself with patience. The statement “You don’t have to do it alone” shows that people can find support from others. You need to focus on progress because perfection should not be your goal. You should ask for help whenever you need it. She declared that you possess unbreakable strength.
