Top “near me” searches of 2025 highlight local stores, eateries, and essential services across India, from Titan Eye Plus to Wagh Bakri Tea Lounge.

The year 2025 marked the high point of usage of “near me” searches by Indian users as a means to meet their immediate and daily needs. According to Google Trends, local, instant information for both personal services and retail experiences was used more and more by people in safety alerts, shopping and other activities.

Beginning of the year witnessed earthquake alerts which drew huge attention, notably in Delhi-NCR and Bihar where people were demanding fast, location-oriented information.
