Dharmendra, the star of yore of the Bollywood, of 89 years, is currently being treated at the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai for his respiratory complications. Amid the flurry of rumours doing rounds about his condition, his daughter Esha Deol gave an assurance that the actor was “stable and recovering.”

“The media seems to be on a roll, spreading all kinds of fake news. My father is stable and recovering. We request everyone to respect our privacy. Thank you for your prayers for papa’s speedy recovery,”

According to family sources cited by NDTV, Dharmendra has been on ventilatory support since November 10 and remains under the close medical observation of senior doctors.
